Every Duke alum is entitled to an alumni card. If you do not have a card, or if your card has been lost or stolen, please fill out the form below. We will send you a new one at no charge. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

As students graduate from Duke each year we send them email and other communications about receiving their first alumni card.

Be sure to update your contact information in the alumni directory to ensure that your card will arrive at the correct address. Please contact Jennifer Torres if you need additional help.
