Info Designer/Developer II, Digital Strategies
The information designer/developer plans, creates, distributes, and analyzes email marketing campaigns for an audience of 150,000-plus Duke alumni around the world. This position reports to the Duke Alumni Association (DAA)'s senior director of digital services & strategy and is an integral part of the digital services team that produces digital and print products for the Duke Alumni Association, campus partners, and an international network of chapters. The information designer/developer interacts with a variety of internal clients, volunteers, other alumni, and Duke students to ensure timely and effective creation and distribution of information and services related to DAA programs and events. The information designer/developer will participate in the growth and optimization of the Duke Alumni direct-to-alumni email marketing program including strategy, campaign execution, segment management, marketing automation, and related processes. Sr. Director, Graduate and Professional Schools Alumni Relations
Provides senior level leadership creating opportunities for collaboration among and between the schools and Duke Alumni Affairs. Serves as the primary coordinator of communication among and between the schools and Duke Alumni Affairs with responsibility for providing school representatives with information about campus and regional events and assistance with planning of events for these constituencies. Serve as primary liaison between Duke Alumni Affairs and the alumni relations staff at graduate and professional schools. Manage all alumni relations and alumni-related activities and events for The Graduate School in collaboration with The Graduate School Dean and Associate Deans. This position is responsible for identifying and successfully recruiting graduate school alumni for participation in programs providing meaningful engagement and experiences to alumni and interfacing with and benefitting current graduate students in consultation with The Graduate School staff. Sr. Director, Strategic Business Analytics
As a member of the Duke Alumni Affairs team, the Director of Strategic Business Analytics will advance the strategic goals and priorities of the Duke Alumni Association through data collection, data analysis, strategic thinking and recommendations about programmatic opportunities, resource allocations. The Director will track and analyze alumni trends and behaviors through the use of metrics and analytics,to make strategic recommendation to the alumni staff to build greater alumni engagement. Staff Specialist, Regional Engagement
This position is part of the Regional Engagement team of the Duke Alumni Association and supports the engagement of Duke’s 160,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional school alumni in the U.S. and around the world by supporting the volunteer work, educational, career, cultural, and athletics related events that take place away from Duke’s campus.
